Site Manager/Outside Sales - (Fargo, ND)

Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic leader to fill a combination role of Site Manager and Outside Sales for a premier company in Fargo, ND. The Site Manger will lead a group of motivated employees with day-to-day operations, meeting company goals and business objectives, and exceeding customer's expectations. This is a direct hire position with base salary depending on background plus commissions. Assignments include, but are not limited to:-Manage site operations including, but not limited to, hiring new employees, participation in annual employee reviews, coach employees on best business practices, assist in development plans, review and adjust site operations budget, and implement changes to drive continuous improvement-Provide leadership to employees and business partners-Ensure safety policies and procedures are upheld at all times-Promote and uphold company-s safety culture throughout the organization-Responsible for growing business by conducting new sales calls
