Position details Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees on his or her designated shift for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport Parking Operations. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service qualifications are being met. Essential Duties Provide excellent customer service by finding solutions to customer's needs within established polices and procedures. Ensure that future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.). Ensure all call-offs are covered. Manage daily schedules and accommodate increased/decreased client staffing requests. Manage employee lunches and breaks. Communicate with Operations Managers on a frequent basis regarding operations. Maintain daily shift report for managers. Maintain communication with other Shift Managers/Supervisors to maintain optimum staffing levels. Effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees. Set positive, professional example for workforce.
