Engineer Project Manager Construction Food Plants - (Minneapolis, MN)

Integrated engineering and construction firm specializing in the planning, engineering and construction of facilities for the food and beverage manufacturing and food service distribution industry. Responsibilities: Finalizing design information with company clients and the company’s architectural / engineering staff and outside consultants. Definition of and preparation of subcontractor scopes of work, subcontractor selection and management, including execution of subcontract documents, project scheduling, management of company’s field staff, project cost management, training and development of field personnel and assistant project managers. Play a key sales and planner role in the growth of the business across the US. Provide and translate the technical ability in facility construction projects between food and beverage clients and the firm. Define project program requirements. Assist in developing project layout. Estimate project cost, to include all materials needed.
