Maintenance Tech - (Janesville, WI)

REPORTS TO : Facilities Manager HOURS: Sunday thru Thurs; 10pm - 6am SUMMARY : Under the direction of the Facilities Manager this position provides general building, grounds, and equipment maintenance. REQUIREMENTS : High-school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus an additional 2 (2) years of formal preparation 2-three years of background in a related function in a manufacturing environment Electro-Mechanical degree preferred or a strong technical background The individual must have a solid understanding of metal fabrication concepts and processes Must have background with maintenance of fabrication equipment The individual must possess a keen sense of attention to detail Can read and interpret blueprints, operating manuals, work instructions, Lock out Tag out (LOTO) and other technical documentation Must be able to navigate in a Windows based computer environment Must have effective verbal and writing expertise Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
