Summary of Overall Purpose of Position: Under general supervision responsible for custodial duties, mowing, trimming, trash removal, set up for events and painting. III. Essential Duties Maintains cleanliness of pool, decks, gutters and surrounding locations. Empties trash containers. Performs HAZMAT/safety inspections; maintains logs. Performs duties as a custodian as assigned (e.g. sweeping, locker room cleaning, etc. for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary, safe and attractive environment. Performs minor repairs to pool equipment for the purpose of maintaining a safe operating condition. Prepares swimming facility for scheduled activities in coordinator with the Pool Manager. Attends meetings, in-service training, workshops, etc. for the purpose of gathering info required to perform job functions.
