Our growing real estate management company is seeking a qualified Repair and Maintenance Supervisor to work at 1 of our rental properties.This position will report to the Property Manager. They will be communicating and dealing with various vendors, ensuring that maintenance requests are kept at a low rate among other related duties and responsibilities.
