Maintenance Manager- Manufacturing Consilium Partners360 is pleased to be supporting our client, located in Holland, MI, to assist them in finding a Maintenance Manager who brings strong leadership, packaging equipment background and technical ability to this world-class manufacturing facility. The selected applicant will bring a background in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, along with strong leadership skills which you will use to guide your team for results. As the Manager of Maintenance, you will be responsible for installation and operation of plant production equipment, production support equipment, and facilities, and will assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the plant's Preventative Maintenance Program.
