Hood Industries' Metcalfe, GA sawmill is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for our night shift maintenance team. You will be responsible for: The safety, productivity and training of all teammates Ensuring that all work is performed to required specifications/standards, including testing equipment to verify issue is resolved and clean-up of work area Working closely with Planners to ensure understanding of work orders that need to be completed during shift and priority of work to be performed Pro-actively communicating issues that affect team and/or mill performance and actively working with the department manager to solve those issues Participates in
