Community Connections Family and Community Implementer - (Springfield, MO)

A Family and Community Implementer supports individuals with disabilities in their natural homes and in the community. Your goal is to help those individuals to live their best lives! You will help bring about meaningful and positive change in behavior so that our individuals can meet their goals. Since this position is mostly based in homes and in the community, it requires a lot of driving of your own vehicle but we will reimburse you for mileage. Here are some things you may get to assist with in this position: Everyday situations: mealtimes, household chores, hygiene, etc. Community Activities Teaching and reinforcing social and communication abilities Issue solving and personal advocacy To qualify for this position, you must have the following: Be at least eighteen years old Possess a H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent Possess an insured vehicle you can use for work Possess a valid driver license
