Overview Oversees multiple food operations units and carts. Ensures minor labor law compliance, Guest service and food quality. Notifies management of operational or employee issues.Requirements l Expertise to obtain a Food Handler Card from the KCMO Health Department l Expertise to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law. l Expertise to pass a experience investigation, if eighteen years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. l Expertise to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.Responsibilities l Takes appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints from park guests and associates. Responds to emergency situations. Gives verbal direction and assistance to guests.
