Chef/assistant food service director - (Norfolk, NE)

Chef/Assistant Food Service Director Lunchtime Solutions, Inc., a leader in the food service management industry, is currently seeking applications for talented Chef/Assistant Food Service Director to become a part of our food service operations team in the school district of Norfolk, Nebraska. Assignments include ordering, paperwork, working well with kitchen staff, and serving, food preparation, kitchen cleanup, inventory and other duties as assigned. In this critical role you will partner closely with the LSI Food Service Director serving as a leader and point person to our staff, clients and valued customers. You will have a daily impact on all elements of the operation, including food safety, regulatory compliance, brand identity/representation, as well as client, customer, public, government, vendor and employee relations.
