The HR Business Partner role is a unique opportunity for you to Serve as the main point of contact for a segment of the Commercial Operations - sales, service and marketing. You will develop partnerships with business leadership (Director and below) and deliver value that aligns with business objectives. You will assess and anticipate HR related needs to ensure compliance and mitigate risk and liability. You will manage a set of responsibilities to support the People Operations Director in day to day management of people activities as well as employee relations. You will also be accountable for project management of assigned initiatives.
