FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to: Claims Manager Date: Feburary 26, 2019 SUMMARY: The Claims Specialist II will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and effectively resolving moderately complex Personal Lines and Commercial Lines global claims, achieving the best possible outcome. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes, but not limited to): Exercises independent discretion and judgement to accurately determine liability and valuation of auto and property claims within delegated authority as outlined in company policies and procedures. Conducts coverage analysis and investigations for auto and property claims. Pursues subrogation recovery for simple to moderately complex claims. Collaborates with fellow claims teammates to promptly and effectively resolve moderately complex multi-line claims.
