Lateral Labor and Employment Partner - (Albany, NY)

Albany office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Labor and Employment Group. The applicant should have $500k in portables. Must have 7 yrs of background in representing employers in areas such as wage/hour advice and litigation, traditional labor matters, individual employment contracts and severance agreements, and discrimination law. Background with ERISA, employee benefit plans, and employment-related tax issues are a plus. This firm has offices in Manhattan, New Jersey, Long Island, Brooklyn, Washington, D.C., and Albany.
