Albany office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Tax Group. The applicant will assist growing corporate practice. Must have 7+ years of background in corporate and partnership taxation with an emphasis on tax matters involved in structuring mergers and acquisitions transactions. Book of business is a plus. This firm has offices in Manhattan, New Jersey, Long Island, Brooklyn, Washington, D.C., and Albany.
