Lateral Tax Partner - (Garden City, NY)

Garden City office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Tax Group. The applicant will assist growing corporate practice. Must have 7+ years of background in corporate and partnership taxation with an emphasis on tax matters involved in structuring mergers and acquisitions transactions. Book of business is a plus. "This firm is as New York-centric as they come, with East Coast roots almost 150 yrs old. With relatively inexpensive corporate services, including banking, corporate, labor, municipal and trust and estates departments, this firm is quite happy to remain a strong regional firm.
