Lateral Labor and Employment Partner - (Garden City, NY)

Garden City office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Labor and Employment Group. The applicant should have $500k in portables. Must have seven years of background in representing employers in areas such as wage/hour advice and litigation, traditional labor matters, individual employment contracts and severance agreements, and discrimination law. Background with ERISA, employee benefit plans, and employment-related tax issues are a plus. "This firm is as New York-centric as they come, with East Coast roots almost 150yrs old. With relatively inexpensive corporate services, including banking, corporate, labor, municipal and trust and estates departments, this firm is quite happy to remain a strong regional firm.
