The State Bank Job details Position title: Financial Services Representative Department: Retail Banking Reports To: Community Office Supervisor/Community Office Manager Level: 4 Summary Provide Sales and service for the full range of banking products and services to individual and business customers thru making recommendations that best suit the needs of the customer, including referring business to other areas of the bank, with an emphasis on quality Customer Service. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Meet with customer to discuss personal and business financial needs. Recommends ways in which the bank can meet their needs. Provide customer service including: transaction processing, account opening, balancing checkbooks, and resolving customer problems and concerns, statements, (etc.) Provides ongoing relationship service with current customers to maintain goodwill and gain additional business. Functions as a CSR as needed.
