FPGA Engineer with Security Clearance - (Lexington, MA)

Solidus is looking for a FPGA Engineer to support in the building, integrating, characterizing, and testing of developmental high-power laser systems. The successful candidate will work on the development of HDL code and firmware to run on FPGA-based SoCs and hardware within larger control systems. Requirements: -US Citizenship and the expertise to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance -MS plus 3 yrs min background, or BS plus 5 yrs min background -FPGA hardware design (Xilinx) -VHDL / Verilog firmware development -Must be experienced bringing up and debugging FPGA based HW and FW. -Matlab / Programming language / Xilinx HLS. Preferred Requirements: -FPGA embedded systems development (Xilinx Microblaze) -Background with Xilinx vertex seven or RFSoC development platforms.
