Maintenance mechanic (vinyl) - (Macon, GA)

Position description The purpose of this position is to perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and quality related problems. Required functions and Required responsibilities Using tools and test equipment, troubleshoot and repair any problems with the machine. (Electrical, mechanical, etc.) following all Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures Use tools to fabricate parts needed to repair machinery Set preventative maintenance schedule so as not to interfere with production when possible May operate a forklift to move materials Must be able to utilize tools, screwdrivers, grinder, saw, drill, wrenches/sockets, and hammer Must be able to lift fifteen to 45 lbs and pushing objects up to 400lbs Additional duties may be assigned as needed for business purposes Requirements and Skill Requirements High-school diploma/GED (min) Background using computer Proper lifting techniques required Specific vision abilities required by
