Controller Residential Development, Construction - (Oakland, CA)

Controller Residential Development, Construction Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations of a rapidly growing residential development firm in the San Francisco / San Rosa, Ca marketplace. The ideal individual we are seeking would have 8+ years of background working in construction finance and currently responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting related to a development operations. This would include management of daily accounting processes (A/R, A/P, P/R, GL, Job Costing, Banking, etc.,), historical / anticipatory budgeting, projections, closeouts, financial reporting, operational / control procedures and staff management for running a financially efficient organization.
