Structural steel estimator - (Tampa, FL)

We are currently looking for an Experienced Structural Steel Estimator to join our team. The Estimator's primary job qualifications are to produce accurate estimates, successfully facilitate project sales while ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. Critical functions * Review project plans, bid documents, and assess project risks * Prepare accurate takeoffs and materials pricing. Calculate labor, erection, miscellaneous, and equipment costs * Communicate effectively with both General Contractors and subcontractors * Perform post-bids buyouts. Work unaided or as a team player to increase project sales REQUIRED BACKGROUND Education College diploma in related position preferred Work Background Min 3yrs of estimating background in the Steel industry; must have an understanding of commercial construction and estimating processes; medical buildings, hospitals, schools, shopping centers, office complexes.
