Crew Member Full time job Landscape Company Hiring Crew Members Lemcke Landscape is an award winning company doing business in the Indianapolis area over 25yrs with a focus in residential design, landscape installation and maintenance. Located on the Northwest side of Indy, we are now hiring crew members with the following requirements: * Motivated team member with a positive attitude* Dependable and punctual * Perform heavy lifting and a lot of walking * Have a good experience history * At least 18 yrs old and authorized to work in the US * Have reliable transportation Responsibilities: * Property clean up, edging, mulching, pruning, trimming, weeding and planting * Loading and unloading equipment daily and shop duties Hours: 7:45AM - 4:45PM, Monday - Friday Saturdays mandatory during peak season; overtime is paid for over 40 hours Hiring for Spring 2019 - beginning in March SIGNING BONUS! $200 for perfect attendance & no tardiness for 60 Days/Paid at 60 days
