Position title: Staff Digital Signal Processing EngineerSummaryIn your Staff Digital Signal Processing engineer role, you will be leading the research, design, and validation of audio DSP algorithms for state of the art hearing aid instruments. As a Staff engineer, your responsibility will include research and prototyping of innovative audio processing algorithms, participation in clinical studies and internal research projects, and leading complete implementation of an algorithm.Essential duties and Responsibilities Generating IP on innovative audio DSP algorithms for the systems Research and prototyping of new audio algorithms and performance evaluation of existing algorithms Design and implementation of a modelling framework for hearing aid audio processing Provide leadership for the design of algorithm validation and benchmarking protocols, for the evaluation of new system design and hardware prototypes
