Construction project manager - (Corpus Christi, TX)

Seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to direct project(s) for coastal multi family rebuild(s) following severe storm damage. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution, schedule, quality, safety and financial success of assigned projects. A $30M five story condo complex project immediately ready to start. Note: We are seeking someone who has completed rebuilds of at least $10M per project. Not seeking a PM for lots of small projects. Rebuild background a must have. Please submit a project list with resume. Will consider direct hire or contract Project Managers. Salary base comp of $100k plus health benefits and other benefits available. Reports to Senior Project Manager. All applicants must be willing to travel.Critical responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring engineering and permitting process prior to start of construction. Oversee labor personnel on project, coordinating any activities with the Superintendent.
