Senior, Project Manager - (Oklahoma City, OK)

Position details: Provides ability and guidance for projects of varied size and complexity requiring project management discipline. Manages the development and implementation process of new or existing projects and programs. Plans, manages, schedules and monitors project timeline and associated resources. Identifies barriers and risks and makes adjustments to projects, with functional leadership support, to more effectively achieve desired business results. Supports the development of project management standards and toolkits for use by functions (excludes Operations, Engineering or Construction projects for Enable Assets). Educates internal customers on the application of project management standards and ensures consistent practices are in use within and between functions. Provides guidance to contractors on company project management standards and practices. Partners with the Process Optimization Group to ensure consistent communications, project management practices and operational excellence.
