Position description: Utilizing the ProjectLevel III schedule from Project Controls, the Construction Coordinator isresponsible for the development, maintenance and data integrity of the detailedconstruction forecast schedules, often referred to as the 6 (6) weeklook-ahead schedules, for on-site, progress-driven activities, as well as thecoordination of progress measurement to compare actual vs. planned vs.forecasted progress at the construction work pack level. To ensure the integrityof 6 (6) week look-ahead, the Construction Coordinator must interfacedirectly with Construction Supervision, Site Project Controls Schedulers andQuantity Surveyors, and Material Management, to ensure data transfer andintegration across the various systems and construction tools. KeyResponsibilities/Accountabilities: Manage and direct the development of the field Construction Work Packages ahead of Construction. Development and issue the 6 (6) week look-ahead (6WLA) schedule to facilitate front line execution.
