The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and repairing multiple mechanical systems. Oversee and manage garage custodial operations. Develop, recommend and implement programs, systems and procedures to ensure that operations are efficient, profitable and that they maintain the company's reputation for servicing clients and customers with professionalism such that we are setting the standard of excellence in parking management. Essential Duties Thoroughly and accurately complete reactive and preventive maintenance for multiple systems. Completes assigned PM's and reactive maintenance repairs requiring, but not limited to the following skills: Parking, Basic Heating, Ventilation and Ac, Mechanical Repairs - motors, etc. Basic Plumbing, Basic Low Voltage Electrical, Basic Carpentry. Basic Landscaping, Painting, Pressure Washing, Floor Sweepers / Scrubbers. Train and develop multiple managers and custodial staff to build an effective custodial operations team.
