Service technician - (Union, NJ)

We are looking for experienced Service Technicians, who have computer skills in the maintenance and service area, and who can provide excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair and maintain intrusion detection and fire systems, Access and CCTV for commercial and residential customers in a timely manner. Coordinate equipment testing and explains system capabilities and operation to customer. Exhibit professional appearance and conduct to present a professional image to the customer and general public. Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalent Min 3 yr's hands-on industry background as service technician Expertise to program F, I CCTV, Access Systems Knowledge of basic electronic theory and prior background working with electrical wiring Must have driver's license and clean driving history Expertise to use hand tools, volt, ohm and multi-meters Must be able to successfully pass drug screen and background investigation
