Call Center Sales Team Lead (Outbound) Job overview What will I be doing? As an Outbound Sales Team Lead you would be responsible for executing your position s responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Train and motivate Vacation Advisors to follow HGV program methods and procedures. Reinforce training about HGV values and coach teammates on the proper package sale guidelines and info. Assist team Supervisor with tracking and maintaining the day-to-day team reports for performance and attendance. Roll-out and ensure the accuracy and proper execution of various training modules, program and dialer updates and sales techniques. Monitor and \"call walk\" teammates to help improve efficiencies and sales techniques. Take over calls when necessary to assist with the sales process or provide a 2nd voice.
