Program Manager - Soldier Programs with Security Clearance - (Herndon, VA)

Job Brief This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus if hired in the amount of $5,000-$10,000 dollars! The Program Manager Soldier Programs will be responsible for developing and managing DCS s support to the Army s Soldier-borne equipment programs. Will manage and provide oversight to subordinate managers and assigned staff members supporting various program management and functional teams. Essential Job Functions: Ensuring that our efforts achieve and exceed financial, technical and schedule qualifications. Managing the initiation, organization, planning and operation of programs. Interfacing with the customer at all levels from senior officers to product manager staff. Working with the customer to ensure staffing meets their qualifications. Managing personnel and subcontractors to best position them for success. Leading efforts to develop new business in this area. Supporting the development of strategic and financial plans for the company.
