The primary purpose of this position is to serve as info technology (IT) specialist, consultant to management and details security expert in support of installation IT policy and plans. Responsibilities Performs studies and establishes plans of action, that include directing lifecycle systems management program support, and systems engineering and configuration Management support. Assesses policy needs and develops policy and procedures governing IT activities and ensuring protection of details over ACC networks. Provides expert technical advice on the full range of advanced technology for the planning, programming, procurement, Implementation, development, and fielding of new or modernized systems. Functions as a technical advisor on contract and budget activities.
