The primary purpose of this position is to The Special Programs (SP) Division (OZZ) enables AFLCMC to acquire and support war-winning capabilities through effective and efficient USAF Special Access Program (SAP) management, execution, and integration and supports AFLCMC Directorates Responsibilities Directs, leads, plans, organizes, and manages Cyberspace, Info Technology (IT), and Knowledge Management (KM)programs and activities. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Makes periodic, comprehensive assessments and evaluations of program goals/objectives which provide a basis for long and short-range planning to enhance the organization?s support capabilities.
