The primary purpose of this position, LEAD DETAILS TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (CUSTOMER SUPPORT/SYSTEM ADMIN) (LEAD, IT SPECIALIST), NH-2210-02, you will support Air Force Flight Test Center through deployment and sustainment of robust operation capabilities, programs, and services.Responsibilities Provide guidance and assistance for troubleshooting and diagnosing all hardware, software, network failures, in addition to providing a solution for every service request elevated to the assigned tier. Responsible for managing the receiving, imaging, inventorying, deployment of all new and refresh systems, in addition to the proper removal of the outdated systems on the Edwards network. Lead work center personnel in the execution of a wide spectrum of processes and practices to meet operation requirements.Travel Required
