Job overview: Manages an assigned client base by acting as a technical and consultative resource and/or coordinating with other departments within Endsight to assist clients in use, support and implementation of IT solutions. Ensures the highest level of client satisfaction by understanding and identifying IT needs and building and maintaining strong working relationships while managing accounts efficiently and effectively. General Purpose: Maintains client health through service delivery, planning and execution, client satisfaction, emphasis on prevention and consultative advice and management of support services of assigned Managed Services accounts. Position responsibilities: Across assigned client base: - Serve as single point of contact for key client contacts and internal stakeholders - Develop and nurture strong client relationships - Know and document their qualifications and concerns
