Job title: Sales Support Manager Purpose of the role: Responsible managing the sales support team and for the development, and timely completion of proposals, presentations and local marketing coordination in support of ABM's overall sales objectives in the National and Regional sales teams. Core responsibilities: * Supervises the sales support team and processes * Distributes inbound RFP, RFI, and RFQ requests * Communicates with Sales VP to assess performance of sales support team, compile report, maintain sales support and marketing report. Align local marketing campaigns with regional and group goals * Process inbound RFP, RFI, and RFQ requests and analyze to determine specific customer qualifications * Maintain department production reports and schedules * Provide response to client following direction and with support of supervisor * Maintain marketing database of proposal Q&A's and provide info from the database to Sales/Marketing personnel as requested
