Position - Loan Collections Specialist JOB SUMMARY Summary/Objective The Loan Collections Specialist collects on delinquent accounts, ensuring the desired goals are achieved in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position uses the necessary techniques and established tools such as payment plans, loan modifications and payment deferments while adhering to all company policies, regulations and applicable laws.
