Healthcare, Financial Analysis Manager - (Raleigh, NC)

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analysis Manager for their growing hospital/home health care facility. This role is responsible for the management of all business functions within this healthcare sector. The role includes financial analysis, expertise to read income statements and FT analysis, expertise to create business cases, reporting, projections, strategic planning, new business opportunities and cost benefit analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst needs to be well versed in healthcare reimbursements, healthcare contracts, and back office healthcare operations. The Senior Analyst will need to create strong relationships with clinical staff as well as operational staff. The ideal candidate has a very creative experience and wants to be a part of building a foundation for the healthcare community. BS in Business Administration, Finance or Healthcare field required. A min of 5-seven years in a healthcare setting as an Analyst are required. Masters degree is preferred.
