Financial Reporting Supervisor - (Fort Worth, TX)

SNI Financial has partnered with a privately held Oil and Gas company in Fort Worth in search of a Financial Reporting Supervisor who will manage the financials and report directly into the Controller and C-Suite executives. This opportunity provides heavy exposure to acquisitions and private equity operations in addition to a solid comp package and work life balance. Duties include: * Joint venture reporting and investor relations * Assist with external audit, tax filings and preparation of K-1 returns * Research and documentation of suggested best practices for financials * Accounting policy creation * Preparation of the financial statements and analysis packages and process footnotes for financial reports * Ad Hoc reporting and accounting project management * Process bank reconciliations, accruals, daily cash management, Wire/ACH setups and payments * Manage Pre-paid, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Derivatives, Stock Comp
