Bilingual Customer Service Rep - (Winter Springs, FL)

SNI Companies is seeking a strong Multi-lingual Customer Service Representative in the Altamonte Springs area or North Orlando area for a client we work together with. This is an immediate hire and looking to interview as soon as possible. Job overview/Qualifications: * Answer and direct all telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner * Assisting with phone screenings/interviews * Must have background working in a quick paced environment * Time management skills/Management skills * Must remain professional at all times * Expertise to handle back to back calls * Strong technical skills- Ms excel, data entry, Microsoft Outlook * Must have customer service or administrative background Schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM and starts at a pay level of $12.00 per hour.
