Manufacturing Engineer - (Cincinnati, OH)

Platinum Recruiting is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Cincinnati Area! The Manufacturing Engineer will identify and resolve issues affecting the safety, productivity, quality, or reliability of equipment. They will evaluate, launch, and support processes while continuously developing activities to increase part quality, reduce work in process, improve throughput, and ensure safety standard compliance. The perfect candidate is data-driven, proactive, and experienced in Lean Manufacturing, OSHA/EPA regulations, and manufacturing standards (IATF-16949/ISO14001). KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead new product development, product launches, and program management Develop/modify work instructions, standard operating procedures, and one-point lessons Support/learn Fanuc robotics, Water Jet technology, AB PLCs, and hydraulic press operation Solve technical challenges to positively impact productivity and scrap while freeing up floor space
