Art Director - (Orlando, FL)

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the development of a well rounded program for artistic enhancement. This may include but not limited to programs utilizing technology as well as traditional art methods. Must provide age appropriate programs supportive of Boys & Girls Clubs core competencies, core programs, and youth development strategy. Provides motivational support to members to pursue learning opportunities throughout their lives. KEY ROLES (Essential Job responsibilities): Prepare Youth for Success 1. Develop and oversee the administration of designated artistic programs and activities that support Youth Development Outcomes: Establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals and mission. Oversee the provision of day-to-day instruction in accordance with established standards and goals. Ensure that members are introduced to various artistic program areas/activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to develop skills.
