Requests quotations for subcontractor and vendor items. Prepares timely and well-developed proposals. Evaluates bid documents and material quotations. Performs job walks. Works autonomously throughout the preparation of an estimate. Sets up cost-loaded breakdowns and detailed project sorting. Adheres to the Company's Alcohol and Drug Free Policy at all times. Must have the expertise to work effectively and independently with little guidance and/or supervision.
