General Maintenance Technician - (Lost Hills, CA)

Maintain all grounds areas, facilities janitorial duties and handyman knowledge and background in general repairs, Inspect and report the project routinely, cleaning, remodeling, plumbing and Paint/upgrade items as needed. Here's what you'll do: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine maintenance such as empty large trash receptacles; collect litter; hose down surfaces; power wash surfaces; sweep; use backpack-mounted leaf blower; pull weeds, rake, prune, water plants in planters and hanging containers; remove plant debris; remove gum; remove graffiti; basic interior and exterior building repairs; moving of furniture and equipment as needed; painting of buildings, playground equipment and parking lot lines. Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of windows and walls; dust large areas - interior and exterior; sweeping and mopping floors; disinfecting the whole kitchen including countertops and tables.
