Organizes office operations, performs administrative support work requiring application of varied work methods and procedures. Inputs and maintains data into the maintenance work order system (MP2) and coordinates daily work orders and preventative maintenance issues throughout the facility. Maintains departmental logs, reports, inspections and record keeping and organizes office operations and procedures for an efficient workflow. Requirements Education: High-school diploma or equivalent required.Background: A min of 3 (3) years of background in maintenance functions and administrative work preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Ms excel, Power Point, Outlook and internet.
