Inbound Customer Service - (Tewksbury, MA)

Our contact center division,is stepping into the future and looking to add customer service-oriented individuals to our team of Home Agents on 1st, second and third Shift during the week. Becoming a Home Agent offers the comfort and flexibility of working from home with the benefits and security of a well-established company. Greet inbound callers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while keying their product orders into our computer system. Listen attentively to customer needs/concerns and answer all customer questions. Stay informed about company offerings and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Uphold high safety standards.
