Inbound Customer Service - (Tewksbury, MA)

Our contact center division,is stepping into the future and looking to add customer service-oriented individuals to our team of Home Agents on 1st, second and third Shift during the week. Becoming a Home Agent offers the comfort and flexibility of working from home with the benefits and security of a well-established company. Greet inbound callers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while keying their product orders into our computer system. Listen attentively to customer needs/concerns and answer all customer questions. Stay informed about company offerings and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Uphold high safety standards. Able to attend online training Monday through Friday for 1st two weeks of employment on either 1st or second shift. Intermediate technical skills. Strong technical aptitude on computer.
