Scientist Â? Antibody Discovery & Engineering - (Philadelphia, PA)

We seek a PhD-level applicant to join our team focused on therapeutic antibody discovery and engineering. The ideal candidate will have background with molecular biology and protein biochemistry for antibody discovery. Responsibilities: Design, construct, express, and characterize therapeutic antibody applicants against membrane proteins, such as GPCRs, transporters, and ion channels Engineer antibodies to improve affinity, specificity, and humanization Review relevant literature, and design and execute antibody isolation procedures Analyze and interpret data, and communicate it across multiple teams Requirements: PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, protein engineering, or a related position with 2+ years postgraduate research background, with an emphasis on antibody discovery and engineering is required Background leading and managing projects/teams is desired Applicants must be attentive to detail and able to effectively communicate/present at team/company meetings
