Meter Technician - (Conroe, TX)

POSITION DETAILS Position performs clerical and field installation work. Employee must communicate with customers relating to all residential and commercial service in a polite manor, and completing other projects assigned by the supervisor. Must be able to test, repair and/or replace meters, boxes and meter interface units within the required time. Employee must be able to operate the automatic drive-by computer. Must arrive to work on time daily and be able to work after hours, weekends, and holidays. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The listed duties are essential job functions that the position has been created to perform. The list of duties is not exhaustive. The employee may be called upon to perform any task that is implied from the listed duties or is within the scope of the job details. Must be able to work emergency days/ holidays, and able to work after hour calls on weekdays/weekends. Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
