Position description: Perform work associated with obtaining, maintaining and processing client info to determine eligibility for Federal subsidy for emergency shelter, foster care and adoption services. Technical/Functional Expectations: Eligibility Assessment and Details: Continually review files to determine eligibility in order to recoup federal funds, and enter appropriate details into Statewide database. Complete Applications: Complete applications for Medicaid and Title IV-E and forward them to the Economic Self Sufficiency Child in Care Worker (ESS CIC) in order to determination of eligibility. Determine Presumptive Eligibility for Title IV-E. Case Documentation: Obtain and maintain appropriate case documentation (count orders, court reports and case plans), field notes, correspondences, CIS forms, birth certificates, social security cards, etc.
